Viiiictini! 
I went and saw the Pokemon movie "Victini and the White Hero Reshiram" the other day with a few friends. Such a cute movie! I loved the Victini, it was so hugadorable! I also loved it's obsession with macarons ^_^
So yes, I just HAD to make some fanart!
Drawn with SAI and a Bamboo tablet.
Also, the reason Victini is in the sky is because he can fly in the movie, and skies are so easy to draw lol.
